Affirming therapy for neurodivergent, queer, and gender-expansive humans.

ways we can work together

individual therapy

Therapy for neurodivergent, queer, gender-expansive, and highly sensitive adults. Together we explore the complexities of identity, relationships, and the challenges of living in a world that often misunderstands difference.

Couples & Polycules

Relationships can be complicated. Especially when neurodivergence, differing communication styles, parenting, gender exploration, or life transitions are part of the picture. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand one another more deeply, and move forward together.

professional consultation

Thoughtful consultation for therapists navigating complex cases, neurodivergence, gender diversity, ethical questions, and relational practice.

about mandy

Mandy Parida LMHC Neuroqueer Therapist Seattle

I identify as neuroqueer, a term that reflects the intersection of my experiences as a queer, gender-fluid, and neurodivergent person.

people make sense in context

I believe people make sense in context. The struggles that bring us to therapy are not always signs that something is wrong with us. More often, they reflect the realities of being human in a world that doesn’t always make room for our differences.

Many of the people I work with have spent years being labeled high functioning. They are often thoughtful, creative, insightful, and remarkably capable. They are also deeply tired.

Most are navigating relationships, careers, parenting, identity, burnout, and the constant demands of systems that often require far more from them than others realize. They have learned to adapt, compensate, and push through. Often at a significant cost.

Therapy offers a space to set some of that down. Together we explore patterns, relationships, identity, and the possibility of living as more of who you are rather than who you’ve been told to be.
