LGBTQIA+ THERAPY FOR ADULTS IN SEATTLE
Maybe you’ve known exactly who you are for years. Maybe you’re still figuring it out. Or maybe you’re simply looking for a therapist who doesn’t need you to explain the basics before the real work can begin.
You may be navigating coming out, relationships, family dynamics, religious trauma, grief, joy, or the quiet exhaustion that comes from spending years deciding which parts of yourself feel safe to share.
Perhaps you’ve learned to read every room before you enter it. To edit yourself. To soften your voice. To laugh at jokes that didn’t feel funny. To make yourself just understandable enough.
You were never the problem. You were adapting.
THERAPY THAT HONORS YOUR WHOLE SELF
My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, gender-affirming, relational, and grounded in curiosity rather than compliance.
Together we’ll explore identity, relationships (including polyamory and ENM), boundaries, family dynamics, coming out (or deciding not to), shame, burnout, masking, belonging, and what it means to build a life that actually fits.
Many of my clients are both LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent. Those experiences often shape one another in ways that traditional therapy can overlook. We don’t have to separate those parts of you here.
Therapy isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about creating enough safety that you can become more fully yourself.
If you’re looking for LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy in Seattle or anywhere in Washington through telehealth, I’d be happy to see if we’re a good fit.
If this feels like the kind of space you’ve been looking for, let’s talk.

We’ll spend about 15 minutes talking about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and whether we seem like a good fit. If it feels like a good match, we’ll talk about next steps.
