gender-Affirming Therapy for Adults in Seattle
Maybe you’ve always known who you are. Maybe you’ve only recently found the words.
Or maybe you’re somewhere in between—not questioning your identity so much as wondering whether you’re finally giving yourself permission to listen.
You may be exploring your gender for the first time, beginning a transition, grieving relationships that changed, or simply exhausted from living in a world that keeps asking you to explain yourself.
Gender isn’t something I try to define for you. It’s something we make room to understand together.
Many of the people I work with have spent years adapting to other people’s expectations before finally asking themselves what feels true. Therapy becomes a place to slow down, get curious, and notice what has always been there beneath the pressure to fit.
THERAPY THAT MAKES ROOM FOR YOUR WHOLE SELF
My approach is gender-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity rather than compliance.
Together we’ll explore identity, relationships, boundaries, family dynamics, coming out (or deciding not to), transition, grief, joy, burnout, masking, and what it means to build a life that actually fits.
There is no agenda for who you should become. Therapy isn’t about convincing you that you’re trans. It isn’t about convincing you that you’re not. It’s about creating enough safety that you can hear yourself clearly.
If you’re looking for gender-affirming therapy in Seattle or anywhere in Washington through telehealth, I’d be happy to see if we’re a good fit.
If this feels like the kind of space you’ve been looking for, let’s talk.

We’ll spend about 15 minutes talking about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and whether we seem like a good fit. If it feels like a good match, we’ll talk about next steps.
